If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following provisions, which together with our privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) govern Native Feasts’ relationship with you in relation to the use of this website www.nativefeasts.co.uk (the “Website”), the purchase of tickets to events (respectively the “Event” and the “Event Ticket”) that are offered for sale on the Website (the “Terms & Conditions”).

We may update these Terms & Conditions (and the documents referred to in them) from time to time and will notify such changes to you by uploading details of them on the Website. You should review the Terms & Conditions periodically for changes. By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

In these Terms & Conditions, ‘Native Feasts’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to Native Events Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales with a company number 9963908, incorporated on 21.01.2016. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of the Website.

Neither Native Feasts nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on the Website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
    3. Your use of any information or materials on the Website is entirely at your own risk.
    4. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through the Website meet your specific requirements.

    10. Visitor Material
      1. Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any material you post, upload or transmit or upload to the Website (including without limitation reviews) (“Visitor Material“) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By posting, uploading or transmitting any Visitor Material, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to such Visitor Material. You agree that we will have no obligations with respect to any Visitor Material, and that we and anyone we designate will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use any Visitor Material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied in it for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.
      2. You represent and warrant that that any Visitor Material you post, upload or transmit does not and will not breach any of the restrictions in Sub-clause (c) below.
      3. You are prohibited from posting, uploading or transmitting to or from the Website any Visitor Material that:

You agree to indemnify Native Feasts for any loss, damages, claims, cost or expense (including legal costs) that Native Feasts may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with your use of or conduct in connection with the Website and any Visitor Material, including any breach by you of these Terms & Conditions.
  2. A Contract with Native Feasts
    1. We must receive payment in full for the Event Tickets or Products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order/purchase brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
    2. We want you to book for you and your friends, but please note that by purchasing Event Tickets on their behalf you are confirming that you are authorised to do so on behalf of all persons in your group and you acknowledge that all members of your group agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  3. Payment

The sale and payment of Event Tickets or Products are managed through a third party website. Please see the relevant terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third party website for further information. We do not take responsibility for your use of the third party website.

  1. Price
    1. The prices payable for Event Tickets that you order are as set out on the Website are are subject to change at any time.
    2. Any additional charges are detailed during the checkout process.
  2. Cancellations
    1. At Native Feasts, we operate a 5 working day refund policy. You can cancel with a full refund up to 5 working days before an Event by emailing greg@nativefeasts.co.uk.
    2. At Native Feasts we try to be as understanding as possible. Meaning, if you cannot make the Event on the date appearing on your Event Ticket, and notwithstanding Clause 5.1 above, we will do our best to accommodate you on an alternative date. However, if it is not possible to accommodate you on an alternative date, we reserve the right to decide whether or not to make a refund.
    3. If any Event is cancelled by us, we will endeavour to offer Event Ticket holders an alternative date or a full refund.
    4. Native Feasts reserves the right to cancel, postpone or abandon any Event because of circumstances beyond their control and without any refund whatsoever.
    5. This refunds policy does not affect your rights at law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, which cannot be excluded or limited.
  3. Event Admission

Native Feasts reserves the right to refuse admission to an Event to any person and/or eject, without refund, any person, at our own discretion.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these Terms & Conditions will not be affected.

You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

  1. Third party rights

Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that act.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our current Website prices, delivery details, contact details and Privacy Policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the sale of Event Tickets to you by Native Feasts. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these Terms & Conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any Events organised by us or Products offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

These Terms & Conditions (and any non-contractual arrangements arising out of these Terms & Conditions) are governed by the laws of England & Wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
