Jess & Nick


Jess and Nick asked us to cater for their wedding for 120 guests at JJ Wimbourne studios in Shoreditch. They are big foodies and had strong ideas about the kind of food that they wanted, based around the food that they love to eat together. They are also big into their drink and wanted craft beer, cocktails and self service G&T's. The venue had a strict one day hire so we need to manage the logistics of setting up and removing the entire wedding on the day of the event.

We created a vibrant, summery menu of canapés, 3 plated courses and evening food as well as arranging draft craft beers, a pop-up cocktail bar and self service G&T bar.

We worked in conjuction with the venue, florists and set dressers to transform a white photography studio into a wedding venue in 4 hours.

Chris - The risotto was beyond delicious, you have been dubbed "The Master of Rice". And those lamb fish fingers... oh boy... 'Jesus wept' as Sally said!
